On Wednesday morning after fitness room 12 walked up to the basketball court to have a session with our coach (?). We went through the basics of warming to dribbling. First we had to run down the court touch the cone and run backwards in the ball drills he got us to use our left and right hand to dribble down the court. It was really fun

Watching A Movie
On Tuesday afternoon rooms 12 and 11 were told to go to the multipurpose to watch a movie named Dark Horse. The movie is about a Maori man that was put in a mental hospital for reasons of health, then was realest. He then found himself training his whanau how to play chess to enter in a Auckland chess competition. We were only able to get half way through the movie so we watched the rest of it yesterday.

Morning with Mrs Vickers
Today at 8:55am Mrs Golder went to a Manaiakalai hui. So Mrs Vickers came into our class to take care of us while she was gone. She left for about two hours. When she was gone we drew a picture of something yellow for example Sponge Bob, honey pot, Winnie the Poo, so on. The only thing I thought of to draw a 3-D star straight. After we finish Mrs Golder had arrived then Mrs Vickers left.

Buddy Reading
On Thursday our class and Room Seven had buddy reading. This time it was Room Seven's turn to come to us and when they came everyone had a partner except me because I was doing a job for Mrs. Golder. But when I came back I was paired with Mika and his partner, Mika read first then I read second and while we we're reading our partner kept on looking around till Ms. Riley told him off.

We started today with a bit of Jump Jam and it was really fun. then we came in did the roll, and started on oral language by typing what we know about dairying in a document in our daily planner. After that we did reading and lastly we finished off with maths.

A Day Without Mrs Golder
Today Mrs Golder went to Stonefields for a Manaiakalani workshop. Rooms 11 and 12 went to the library with Mrs Vickers. When we got there we were split up. Some went to the computer room and others to the library. We were told to finish off any work that was on our Chromebooks just till morning tea. Then we all had to draw a monster inspired by the movie and the book we were studying, Where The Wild Things Are.
And when all the teachers came back we had to go back to class.

Tabloids.
Yesterday after lunch I had to lock up the senior block. After that I walked up to the staff room where everybody else was. I sat with the rest of the students and waited to be put into a group. I didn't really play anything because I was busy helping the teachers do their activity but I got to do some of them and at the end of the day I had fun.
