On Wednesday morning after fitness room 12 walked up to the basketball court to have a session with our coach (?). We went through the basics of warming to dribbling. First we had to run down the court touch the cone and run backwards in the ball drills he got us to use our left and right hand to dribble down the court. It was really fun
This blog is a record of my learning from Ruapotaka Primary School through to Tamaki College.

Morning with Mrs Vickers
Today at 8:55am Mrs Golder went to a Manaiakalai hui. So Mrs Vickers came into our class to take care of us while she was gone. She left for about two hours. When she was gone we drew a picture of something yellow for example Sponge Bob, honey pot, Winnie the Poo, so on. The only thing I thought of to draw a 3-D star straight. After we finish Mrs Golder had arrived then Mrs Vickers left.

Duffy Day.
On Tuesday the 2nd after morning tea I had to go to the staffroom to do tea duties. After that I was chosen to say 'Thank you' to the three people who were performing a Duffy play for us (Ruby, Bill and Duffy.)
The play was about a boy named Duffy who met and became friends with an old lady called Ruby. Later on he was told by Ruby she couldn't read so he was then determined to find out why she wasn't able to read.

First Day Back At School.
Today was my first day back at school so I'm still trying to get back into it. I haven't done that much today. the only things I've done are today is reading, writing, oral language and blogging. But I know this is my first term will be hard and as the months goes by, it will be a bit less harder.
